If you're running a minimum of Warp Charges I'd highly recommend either swapping him for a kitted Autarch or picking up the Spirit Stone of Anath'lan - many of the most desirable spells could easily do with a reduction in cost.
The combination of heavy anti-armor you have sparks my curiosity. Are you experiencing so much high grade armor that almost everything in your list needs to be capable of contributing to the destruction of it? Bright Lances, double Fire Dragons, and Heavy Wraithcannons all speak to this. If this is not so, I'd recommend mixing it up.
Two squads of Dragons are a fantastic choice, but will work better in an Aspect Host. If you're limited in the number of detachments you can have, it wouldn't be out of question to pick up the Warhost to resolve it. This would also reduce the price of your Guardians whilst picking up some extra models.
Personally I like the melee Wraithknight well above and beyond his double gunned brother, but I also play with ITC ranged D nerfs. Hope that helps.

For the Farseer I would choose Divination and I prefer the Farseer's ability to buff and stay alive with the 4++ he has with added potential to re-roll or give his unit a 4++ as well to prevent slay the warlord. I do not have the points to upgrade with the Spirit Stone of Anath'lan as everything has the minimum upgrades already except if I got rid of the brightlance on the wave serpent and one scatterlaser from a jetbike perhaps but i value these higher than the stone.
I am expecting to face a lot of Space Marines in the tournament and will also be facing potential Knights, hence the need for a lot of lance and melta. I originally had a 7 man Dire Avenger unit with an Exarch instead of the second Fire Dragon Squad but I believe through testing that the second Dragon squad allows me to eliminate more potential heavy armour than there were infantry needed to be dealt with. I do have three squads of Guardians to help against infantry as well as warp spiders deep striking where they are needed most. the guardians will also be able to hold objectives and will then need some platform to contribute to the destruction of any enemy vehicle within range.
I do believe that I stated the Dragons and Warp Spiders were in the Aspect Host Formation and will be granted the extra ballistic skill but not the 6" run. I do not have the models for the Guardian Host and I do not find it necessary to have the auto " run because of the transport for the Dragons as well as having fleet, it is not likely that they will be out of melta range.
For the Knight, I personally prefer the D-Cannons because he doesn't need to run up the table and get potentially stopped by a lo of focus fire and even against some enemies, a large group of gaunts or orks that will tie him in combat for a while whilst getting hit by power weapons.

Divination is a great tree for Farseers to use, however if you're banking on a 4++ for squad survivability then what I'm hearing is that half of your games you'll have that option and half you will not. It seems to me if you're more afraid of Space Marines and Knights then you're better off utilizing a guaranteed Conceal/Reveal and parking the Lance squad in some ruins. 2+ is very dissuasive compared to 4++/5+.
On the Stone concern - I suppose I would take a different route of suggestion then. Seeing a show Runes of Fate isn't your intended target, I'd swap out a Spirit Seer in favor of the 30 points resubmitted to the alternate Windriders for increased Scatter Lasers. I assume if the Spirit Stone doesn't impress you for 15 points, a single Warp Charge differential probably shouldn't either.
Valid points on the Aspect Host, I seemed to have overlooked it. The formatting threw me off, the list intermingles a CAD and the formation.
It's true you lose the potential of kiting your opponents by sacrificing a 36" gun for melee, however in my experience the Knight is notoriously difficult to kill minus exceptions of Grav drop or Psychic shenanigans. His use for me has come out in spades when the opponent *does* spend ridiculous surplus of fire trying to kill him off rather than focusing on high yield threats that are easy to table like Scatpacks or Fire Dragons (out of their vehicle). Having five S-D attacks on the charge with a single reroll just blows two S-D shots out of the water for targets that truly matter - and hordes never usually have much to say against stomps.
Certainly an opinion thena fact though, good luck with your tournament!
