there used to be a downloadable PDF for the rulebook on GW website. Don't know if it's still there. It has lots more info on other races in the game than the original box set rulebook (i shudder at how badly laid out that publication was: worst rulebook ever!) I'm sure if it's not available anymore i could email you a copy. PM me if you need it.
As far as minis goes you really only need a game box set which you can sometimes find on ebay (that's where I sold mine a few years back, kept my teams though). Original teams go for silly money but you don't really need the original miniatures (nice as they are) you could just make your own from regular fantasy figures with a few mods.
it's a great wee game once you get the hang of it. I once ran a charity fund raiser tournament where players had to raise £30 to enter and any money raised over that converted into game money to improve the player's team. We raised a stack of cash and had a blast at the dame time. My Goblins even made it to the semis!

Nice thank you. It seem like I have found a rulebook that was kept updated by some fan. Seem playable with it. I'm planning to just use whatever model I have to play some game with friends at home, and maybe start our mini-league.
Apart from a board, and a couple dice, what else should I get?
Obviously a token for a ball, but is there other token, tools or board I need? And I see a lot of people with complex roaster page to keep track of their team while doing league. Are those available on the web, or simply fan-made? Thanks!

You'll need a couple of funny dice. A D8 for randomising bounced balls and a D20 for randomising things that affect random player (like missiles from the crowd)
you'll also need blocking dice.
Then there's a range ruler for passing distances and a couple of scatter templates for bouncing balls and the like.
You'll sometimes find home made team roster sheets online that gaming groups have made up themselves that are better than the originals.
Don't forget minis for the manager and cheerleaders or any other folks attatched to the team. And a ref. They really make it fun.

It's been ages since I played but I might download this just incase my kids wanna play dads old games some day. Someday in maybe 10-15 years. Right now they just break my battlemechs and hide the odd necromunda ganger in the washing basket.
