I'd fancy the Eldar vs flyrants TBH. Flyrants would make a game but... It's a lot of shooting.

Not by any stretch although you got the bikes right more or less.

Can it go ALL THE WAY?

Yea possibly.

IMO unless your tooling against something very specific you have too many vauls wrath and too many scythguard (without DE transports that is). Hell maybe too many seers. Either way its hard to see why you'd ever want units of 7 over simply more units of 3-5 especially since your shelling for dual jetseers. Theres also serious argument for warp spiders and dragons and this is all assuming no allies which is why this list isn't all powerful.

I agree the army has sufficient anti air, great even bar a few matches plus decent board control against flyers too (better if you split those units up). Doubt they would handle 6 flyrants well though. 72 TL shots wounding on 2s vs 104 SNAPFIRE shots wounding on 4s. Thats not considering the extreme MSU lictors + mawlocs that can accompany them along with what have you. Scats do have serious range on them though which should matter at least once.

The Scythguard or so expensive and have a very short threat range. Against the right opponent they will own but a lot of lists will be able to pop the transports and then they are stuck foot slogging.

A Centstar would be a problem, if your not building for an ITC event (invisibility nerf specifically) you have bike units that in a bad round could be reduced by 3 units between psychic shooting and then the split-fire from the cents.
Drop pod assault is going to cause serious pain, obviously AV13 is a hard counter.

How are you getting TL S6 shots? SL are no longer twin linked. So you would need to guide them and you can only guide 2 squads. And dont be surprised when you cant take them out of the air. I hav elearned you should not rely just on volume because of bad dice rolls on your side and good rolls on their side and you are screwed. YOu really should have somethig that is anti air.

Straight to the point this list. I don't really buy into the insufficient anti-air argument, by pure weight of dice you'll do reasonably against other lists minus those extreme versions already presented.

I do think that D-Scythes are tremendously good, but their positioning is absolutely key. While Serpents aren't worthless, they hardly live up to their former glory. I'd rather see you drop both Serpents and possibly the second squad of them in favor of WWP and or a Hemlock Wraithfighter.

I agree that this list has a ton of shooting and will do well against most lists. But it is not a best most winning, list. One flaw is with air, if i put a crimson hinter squad in my list which i would if i had all 3 at 1850, this list would not be able to do much against them. One of his 7 man bikes, gets 28 shots, 16% chance to roll a 6, thats 4 that hit, need 4 or more to glance, thats a 50% so 2 either glance or pen, and then they will get their cover save 4+, so they take 1 HP statistically from a unit. and while scat bikes are trying to take out the fliers there are many more threats that can take them out. This is just my opinion. with the anti air. I have yet to play with someone who brings a actual hardcore tournement list with multi knights and fliers.

This list just won the ETC singles championship. The best players in Europe all battling it out in the pre-team-event tournament.

Was just curious how people would rate it without knowing that. Vaul's wrath so amazing vs Knights, Wolves, Necrons. Scatterlasers kill just about everything else. The point of large units of Scatterbikes is that when twin linked ALL those shots get rerolls and then even vs good saves and FNP, they delete tough units.

The Farseers are amazing. Scytheguard stop a lot of armies from shooting at the scatterbikes early enough. Against anything not invisible they are viscious. So whilst it's not the Eldar net list, I think it's about as good as you can get.

Oh. And all the anti air comments... The Farseers twin link and hopefully at least one gets Doom, Perfect Timing and/or Misfortune. None f&f which were taken into account above.

My Eldar army would stomp this, but then again Eldar is the best counter to Eldar lol
Also you don't have a the shard on your farseer, that is a must. Some is going to fly 2 hemlocks at your farseers unit, kill 2 dudes and watch your unit run off the table,

Nice and good on him. So whats that mean? It could and in fact did 'go all the way'. But thats about it. What armies did he face? How good a player was he? What were the restrictions, terrain, missions etc? Too many factors to declare this the all powerful list. But you did pull a funny..
