Looking for a well painted Eldar army.

Looking from something either black or the light blue like mymeara
but will take a look at anything!

Doesn't matter what's in the army but I'll let you know I'm not a huge fan of OOP models.
I really like aspect warriors, the new jet bikes and all the new wraith models.
