Reason I ask this question as went to game store and asked if they had it since they had some of the boxes for different factions but they didn't then discovered they couldn't order it in either. so was wondering is it getting replaced?

Pretty sure they're focusing all their effort on Halo, that includes any and all production capacity.

Wouldn't be surprised to see them ignore FSA until their Halo license runs out, it's the Spartan way to abandon games.

I too suspect FSA and Planetfall are going to be largely abandoned, just like what they've done previously. Their Halo license includes a ground combat game, so why compete with their own FSA ground combat game?

Accutly new planeyfall stuff is released on the 28th of this month.

Halo sucks the miniatures for model design its about 5 steps back for Spartan just going by the space combat.

Don't think halo is going to get alot mostly because they have to wait for the game developers and such so can see them continuing there current product lines as well not quickly prob 1 month halo next something else.

I don't think firestorm or planetfall are going anywhere. From what I've seen Spartan still has plenty of releases planned for both games. It's quite possible that the Halo game(s) will leech some production capacity away from their other games and slow the pace of their other releases though.

It's more likely that the distributer your store deals with is out of the starter boxes and isn't planning on making a new order anytime soon.

Maybe duskland but this is the second store I have heard of not being able to order it.

Am so tempted to buy the game can get a good deal on 2 starter sets but don't like the aquan models hmmmm so tempted 25%off is very tempting hmmmm so tempted butitsin the clearance section which is making me think it's going to be changed

Halo is plastic mostly while FSA and PF are resin. The two have very different production points and aren't likely to delay the production of either line.

New Halo stuff will come out in Dec (supposedly) including a super sized ship that will be in resin.

PF stuff is scheduled up to the end of this year.

Not so much production that's going to slow it down it's amount t of people left to do other things that I get the feeling may be the snag. Regardless of material all needs to be designed and tweaked so there will be a small delay I think but the fact they have to run it all by halo company will help other games remain in good production as they have to do something while waiting for answers.

Have ordered 2 starter sets they should arrive tomorrow so should have either two half core helixs for each side or one full core helix for each side

Spartan is a small company, so they likely don't have much warehouse capacity. It's quite possible that they had a short-term higher than anticipated demand for the product which caused them to run out.

It's also possible that the distributor being used doesn't reorder as often as they ought to.

I thought Spartan had planned to do 2 player boxes with all the factions, like they were planning for armada (the vallhalla box then the return of the overseeers)
