Personally I'd drop Al Djabel. He's an order hungry alpha striking model in a list where you'll want to be spending orders on your link instead.

Use the points to grab yourself a 5th Muyib, a Nasmat for the Asawira Doctor (it really enhances his doctoring) and if there's points left over, throw in another Ghazi.

Excellent advice from Loki, completely agree. Currently almost too many offensive infiltrating models in an essentially single-group list. Other option is to remove the ragik for the same effect - Djabel and he fulfill essentially the same attack role.
