Going to be playing against Tyranids. Haven't played against them before.
Would this list be any good? If not, What would you change?
Any help would be appreciated

What are you going to do about the FMCs that he is going to throw at you. A Flyrant is hard to ignore at 1000 points.

No idea, I'm just getting back into 40k after a 20 year hiatus.
Thanks for pointing that out though.
I guess I could remove the Bloodcrushers and 1 unit of Flesh Hounds. Then replace them with a Bloodthirster of Insensate Rage.
What would you suggest?

In a 1000 point game I think you only really need the one unless he goes full flying circus on you in which case you might as well curl up into a little CSM ball and cry. Sorry, it still bugs me we can't take skyfire missile launcher upgrades.

Funny enough I just had a Daemonkin vs Tyranid game. Here is some advice I can give you.
Wrath BT is better than Insensate because Insensate will always attack last and can't do enough damage against hordes. (I took and insensate one and I wish I had taken a wrath one)
Wrath comes with a heavy flamer (very good against tyranids since its ap4) and d3 Whip attack, so its actually useful if its in swooping mode.
And here is a strategy against the flyrant - if your BT is on the ground and he comes near you, then fly up, vector strike him for d3 S6 ap2 attacks and whip him for another d3 attacks - this could kill it in one round especially if it falls after.
The bloodletters I used were way outperformed by my cultists units and I'll tell you why - 8 bloodletters if you deepstrike them in and they get assaulted get no overwatch and then only 1 attack each. (which happend to me twice)
8 Cultists get to overwatch, then because they have 2 weapons and counterattack get 3 attacks each, 4 each if you gave them +1attack with blood tithe, and possibly 5 attacks each if they charge with rage and the +1 attack from blood tithe....and they are way cheaper at 58 for 8 instead of 80 for 8. (My two 8 man cultist units killed a Liktor each)
-I would just keep the bloodletter models around for summoning
I had 2 units of 8 berzerkers in rhinos which did great...until they got into a fight with dual bonesword tyranid warriors and I lost both units at once in one round of combat (atleast they took 3 warriors with them) - so very expensive and very prone to dying against ap3 weapons.
If you want to field the berzerker models maybe try running them as regular chaos space marines with chainsword/pistol so the points hit isn't so bad.
Multiple small units is your friend (MSU) I really liked running 1 man units of spawn - they're really cheap and very easy to get blood points with.
Goredrinker on your lord will make him always attack last against high initiative Tyranids - consider taking Korlath since you get to attack at initiative and then get the free bloodthirster when he dies which you can then use to vector strike and whip his flyrant. (Not sure might even avoid him getting slay the warlord until the bloodthirster is killed)
Bloodcrushers are very expensive for what they do - I'd only take them in a much bigger game and again maybe just for summoning with blood tithe. If you can, take bikers with meltaguns or flamers (if hes using hordes) and run them with your khorne dogs to make a gorepack.
Your lord not sure if you were planning on putting with the crushers, but put them with the flesh hounds instead.

Korlath: your lord still dies, the Bloodthirster is summoned from the axe not the model, it has no effect on your dead lord. Also would you recommend a CA instead of the Blood Host? I know most people do just to get around some of the taxes while keeping OS.

I've tried CAD and the bloodhost, and I really like the bloodhost more:
1 extra blood tithe at the start of the turn is a big deal as each successive blood point is a lot better than the 1 before it.
Being able to summon AND give everyone in the bloodhost either feel no pain or +1 attack is huge. - Without it, every time you summon you're giving up feel no pain.
I really like the possessed (even though I know they're overcosted) because they always overperform more than what I expect from them.
I don't run them in a rhino because it is a waste of fleet and they have no shooting - so bare 150 points just run them with fleet on turn one screened by 5 dogs to make sure they get the charge (they have to charge the hounds then the possessed counter charge)
Last game I rolled 3 on d3 4 combats in a row giving them +1 attack and +1 initiative each time - they were able to attack at the same time as the tyranids and with base 2 attacks + 2 for rage + 1 for their ability I rolled + 1 from blood tithe ... they charged with 6 attacks each at str 6 because of furious charge at initative 5...which was amazing. And they're armor 3 made sure they lasted a long time, and even with 2 left I still was getting 10 - 12 attacks per round at str 5/6

If I remember between the 5 posessed and their 5 hound screen they killed 2 squads of 30 gaunts and a Liktor (and went on to help finish off 2 other squads of gaunts) and all the gaunts had poison. - I admit I was rolling 3+ saves really well. (Opponent was playing the liktor formation, the genestealer formation, endless swarm of gaunts and a flyrant). Feel no pain from blood tithe also helped them survive.

You know, I actually thought Possessed were to slow without a Rhino but was constantly having the problem of them getting into assault range and being merked because the damn car wasn't an assault vehicle. You actually made foot slogging them make sense.
