This list feels too reliant on the Centurions survival to kill anything, mostly related to the super low model count for the points. This is a problem for a few reasons. First, and this is important, is that you make it painfully obvious what your opponent needs to target to win the game swiftly. Secondly, it means that as the game goes on, your overall strength will diminish significantly faster than your opponents will. Its kind of a cascading effect. Your opponent kills something effective, which makes you much less effective, and then the following turn your opponent picks off the next strong model or unit down the chain.
I'd dump 2 of the librarians from the conclave and maybe the allied detachment with the dread. Bump up the tactical squads size, and get them some gear. Maybe change the centurion squad from 1 5 man to 2 3 man squads? Make your opponent have to pick what to shoot at by making more threats
