That would be good , Diffirent ranking systems for each army to represent it's commanders and leaders. I also will be adding limitations on certain Wargear during certain ranks to make it fair.

Here's my suggestion; Kill the two original threads and start a third. Have X'tasir and Shas as major characters, or perhaps have them mentioned as a story hook. I say this because the last two have devolved into silliness, something to be avoided at all costs. Starting a new thread would mean a chance to start afresh, for the veterans such as Shas and I to take on new roles (I for one would really like to play a Commissar) and to pursue new careers. Your thoughts?

Cool , but can we keep X'tasir as a young Chaos Sorcerer enemy NPC. Basicly he has the same intentions as before but there will be diffrences.

Cool. He'l have some simmalritys to Sindri Myr of the Alpha Legion and those of Eliphas the Inheritor , but more evil and twisted. Post will possibly take longer due to the lack of a writting program with a spelling checker. This should become the disscusion thread for the new RPG , and your right about the older Shas & X'tasir. Any ideas about the new Commissar?

(Commissar class or NPC?)
Class- Standard execution to raise squad moral, can order executions of officers throughout the army do to cowardice or incompetence. Should scare the troops gakless with their mere presence. Technically outside the chain of command, and may give orders to higher ranking officers (within reason, a Cadet Commissar cannot boss a Lord General around).
NPC- Should be a real hard ass. He ought to be feared, but also respected by his men. Perhaps a personal vendetta could be thrown into the mix. A vengeful Commissar could be downright terrifying.

Basic Ideas
Planet Names: Gervosa IV , Morsis , Genonith IIV
Plot: The Inqusition has come to the planet to investigate a Chaos Cult serching for a Daemonic Artifact or weapon. Orks attemping to get to Armagedon end up hear by mistake causing the Space Marine and Imperial Guard to get involved. The Chaos Cult summons it's masters while Eldar wish to stop the armies from finding the Artifacts.

Here's a few ideas;
X'tasir is in service to the Chaos Lord, and manipulates events to ensure the cult is destroyed. The Imperial players may find an unlikley ally in the Sorcerer.
Eldar are from the Mael-Dannan, a fanatical collection of Eldar from destroyed Craftworlds that have banded together to wreak bloody vengeance on those responsible. The current leader of this band Myridn Aed, a Farseer of great power.

Depraved Slaanesh Chaos Lord
|
Name: Angelus Umbra (Angels Shadows)
Story: Angelus is a raptor from The Skullscreamers legion, often known as the Harbinger of the Screaming Skull, long before the armies of the space marines set upon each other in the Horus heresy, long before the Primarchs were found again, Tyranic Marta and 300 of his fellow marines were lost in a warp storm in their ship: Amoneo Obscurum, shifting shadows. the ship was lost for millennia in the storm, 15000 years the ship drifted and its warriors went from dead world to dead world, fighting anything that was left, becoming stronger, learning to keep their legion alive skill, and intensive strategic training. Eventually the ship returned to real space, to find themselves coming home, exactly the same time they had left, only a hundred were left but those who were remaining were the most powerful fighters the galaxy had seen, they fought at the side of the space marines, searching for their lost Primarchs, Horus. Over time the warriors began to turn to the cult of Slaanesh and eventually they disappeared, and were lost for a long time, no record of their wandering persists but when they returned at the height of the Horus heresy, they pledged themselves to Horus, as the Skullscreamer Legion, their numbers had grown, Slaanesh had copied every thought and dream and created new warriors out of these emotions, every single warrior dedicated to Slaanesh. Angelus was one of these “copies” and he was created out of Tyranic Marta’s deepest wish for a warrior of absolute dedication and unswerving loyalty, but able to be the most brutal and efficient fighter cunning and intelligent. Over the Millennia Tyranic has used this warrior as his chosen, but without the formal rank, Angelus uses his modified Jump pack to enter planets from high in space, descending as like a meteor then slowing down to touch ground, due to his patronage of Slaanesh he is never harmed by the re-entry heat, always appearing as a perfect warrior. As the Harbinger of the Skullscreamers Angelus descends to planets to prepare them for the apocalypse that comes with the Skullscreamer legion.
Personality: Enigmatic and strange this warrior is fond of confusing his enemies, he fights as if on a tangent, whittling his enemies defences down until he has none left, rather than pitting his strength against a stronger foe he will always kill a subordinate with potential or a trusted advisor, until the powerful foe has become weak and killable.
Reason why in Commorragh: As the Harbinger Angelus has been sent to herald the coming apocalypse and does so with great pride and a solemn sense of duty. He will not rest until the very best of the populace have been killed.
Wargear: Custom jump pack, pair of Power swords, warpsight, (just there to represent his strange attributes) Mark of Slaanesh,
Good or Evil plans: The herald of the Skullscreamer apocalypse.

"I WILL EAT YOUR RIBS! I WILL EAT YOUR VERY SOUL!"
Name: Kommissar Richtofen
Background: Richtofen was born on the volcanic Forge World of Prometheus, laboring in the massive underground manufactorums with the rest of the populace. For a laborer, he was content, with a decent hab in the middle of Hephaestus Hive. Then came the Gospel of Hate. After the brief war with the neighboring Moldorians, hundreds of daemon-vessels made their way out of the Warp, and began to discharge thousands of drop pods full of the corrupted Astartes of the Gospel of Hate, who conquered the planet in a bloody two year war. An underground revolutionary movement soon began, led by Kommissar-General Steve, who along with elements of the Adeptus Mechanicus, completed the construction of the God-Tank Der Gesichtsschlag des Kaisers, and used it take back Hephaestus Hive, and kill Mologomus, the Pilgrim of Hate. During the conflict, Richtofen served in the 'Orphan Brigade' a group of Cadet Commissars who had lost their squads in the fighting and had banded together into a fighting unit.
Personality- Gruff, not afraid to use his fists to get a point across. Richtofen has no stomach for cowardice or incompetence, and has executed several soldiers in his platoon for failing to keep their equipment clean. He has instilled a mixture of resentment and respect in his men, fearing his wrathful nature, but trust him to hold the line when the fighting gets heavy.
Equipment- Bolt pistol, Zerreißenfaust (single lightning claw with wrist-mounted chainsword)

MAJOR NPCS
IMPERIAL LEADERS
Lord Inquisitor Narciso Claudius (my latin name)
Background- Born on the shrine world of Maccabeus Quintus, Claudius was inducted into the Imperial Cult at an early age, learning at the feet of the priests present on the world. When Inquisitor Antigone came to Maccabeus Quintus looking for Acolytes, young Claudius caught his eye. During the Magnus Heresy, when Inquisitor Magnus of the Ordo Hereticus made a bid for power in the Calixis Sector, Antigone was killed by an Eversor assassin released into his vessel by agents of the rogue Inquisitor. After the defeat of Magnus, Claudius rose to the position of Inquisitor of the Ordo Malleus, traveling the sector to put down daemonic threats. During the Damocles Conflict, Claudius called down an Exterminatus upon the entire sub-sector simply because the Inquisition failed to track down the leader of a Chaos-worshipping sect. Later, he denounced Inquisitor Ulric Percival as a Xanthite radical for his failure to track down the culprit of the Arconen Genocide. Now the rest of the Ordo Malleus keeps a close watch on Claudius, and some say he has slipped into madness. He has burned entire worlds rather than see a single heretic escape, and denounces his fellows as radicals if they so much as touch a daemonic artefact.
Personality- Claudius is utterly fanatical in his sacred duty, and if given enough reason, will burn worlds to ash if it suits his purpose.
Inquisitorial Faction- Harsh Monodominant.
Age- 302
Chapter Master Aurelius Paganus
Background- Hailing from the Death World of Trillous, the Chapter Master of the Doom Saints has served the Imperium for over two-hundred years, serving in countless battles against both xenos and heretics alike. After driving the Dark Eldar from the Mordant Cluster, Paganus found himself and his chapter in service to the Ordo Malleus, aiding in rooting out heretics in the Damocles sub-sector. When Lord Inquisitor Claudius ordered an Exterminatus on the sub-sector, the Chapter Master protested, seeing it as a massive waste of Imperial lives. Claudius dismissed him as a fool and a coward. After the Conflict, they whent their separate ways, but Paganus has never forgotten the fanatical Inquisitor, who he believes is far to heavy-handed and fanatical in his administration of 'justice'.
Personality- Paganus tends not to speak unless he has something of great import to say.
Age-243

Here is the Imperial basic Wargear , we could count ZerreiBenfaust as a Chain fist but it would have to be accquired later.
Imperial level 1 Wargear
Lasgun
Las Pistol
Bolt Pistol
Chain Sword
Power fist
Power Weapon
Flak armour
Your Character may use 1 ranged Weapon, A Single Close combat weapon and Armour however these slots may change As you level up you may replace this with newer Wargear and items.
Imperial Level 2 Wargear
Custom Weapon
Bolt Pistol with Sight
Plasma Gun
Melta Gun
Plasma Pistol
Melta Bombs
This is all the basic Wargear for the Imperial Guard , If their is any mistakes or problems Ill change them.
