Here is my take on Eldars and Harlequins. I have always loved harlequin models, their fluff and all.
Maybe thats why my entire Eldar army is HArlequin themed

On this six man team i used new plastic Harlequin Troupe's with DE Scourge wings. Pretty simple conversion, but i like it
Wings are pretty heavy and it caused some of these models to be a bit unbalanced so i had to put metal washer under the base. Thats why base looks so hefty.

They look nice, and I really like the bases.

I would not have a problem playing against this unit, as it looks so damn cool, however, it is not what you see it what you get , and it would be cool if they had more signs besides just wings to distinguish that they are swooping hawks.

I also like the use of the dark eldar hand on the troupe master/ exarch

Well Hawks are the only unit with wings in Eldar codex. Pretty obvious sign to me. WYSIWYG is tricky when you want to make themed army. I try to follow it as much as possible, but in case of Warp Spiders for example those Death Spinners looked so stupid on my conversion i replased them with lighter version.



Some might yell: "It's a splinter Riffle!".. yes it is, with Monofilament ammo.

Here are some finished Harlequin characters. Girl with golden staff is from another game (?), but whan i saw her i knew that she would fit perfectly on this army as a Shadowseer. I have 3rd Death Jester but hes not ready yet.

I didn't even try to mimic that checker pattern. I went for the neon disco colors instead and all blacks have closs varnis (khrmm...latex...)

Your Shadowseer is from a game called Confrontation. A Fianna from the Kelt barbarian faction.

You're doing some cool stuff. I think the Hawks are my favorite so far. That group shot of the Troupe is pretty sweet, too.

There are no Eldar army without jetbikes.

Autarch (usually with lance, fusiongun and Bansheemask)



Basicly i keep him on my list for 2+ reserves. He is also pretty ok bodyguard for my Farseer and her counsil.



Windriders. I still need to convert those shuriken cannons on them. I really like this old desing better than the new one for some reason.
