Looking good so far, but its not finished.
Tidy up the colours that gone astray (gold/brass on the blue armour, blue on the cables, etc).
Paint the eyes.
The base and cloak look very flat, they could do with some attention. Are they even painted? the cloak and honor markings on the base look like bare resin.

Most of it looks really nice, but details like sloppy gold on the blue armour just wont do with a model like this.

Try posting some actual pics in the "not showcase thread" for better feedback. Its just not done yet, but what is done looks like it can be a stellar model without too much work.

You know, I didn't want to like the Rowboat figure but you've sold it to me there. Great job so far.

You need to take a fine scalpel and clean up those laurels on the banners though.

Looks good to me, I like how the face turned out.
