Pretty simple one; can Tyrannocytes be brought with an Endless Swarm formation (or any other, for that matter) or do they have to be part of a CAD?

Only other way is Dedicated Transports, but I don't think this qualifies...

It does not qualify. They're not Dedicated. They are HS choices that don't take up a slot.
