Would anyone have a problem with a player proxying a Kytan for a CSM Knight? I only ask because I am unaware of the size difference between the two and personally the Kytan looks like crap to me, but the CSM Knight looks great. Id love to run a Kytan, rule wise, but with a CSM Knight.

That's something you would need to ask your opponent as proxies are not covered in the rules.

Yeah you would have to ask you opponent on that. Most friendly games should be kool with it (I have run into 1 or 2 that weren't). Bigger organized games/leagues/tournies most likely not but ask the coordinator anyways.

Clear it with your opponent first and make sure that he/she knows that it is a CSM Knight.

The knight rules are actually pretty good, but if you really want to play the Kytan then there shouldn't be any problem should be roughly the same size as both are superheavy walkers based on GW models

It should be fine. The bases are the same and they're both big enough for LoS not to matter.
