I imagine they are self propelled like one of those powered pallet jacks you walk behind.

Various parts from chimeras, the shield is a dozer blade. The wheels are the old tank wheels with bits of tread on them. The controls are the mount for a multilazer. And a few random bits.

You know, the only problem with doing conversions is that if you like them and you want your army to be full of the same thing you are going to gather a lot of bits. Well, I guess it is a nice problem to have. I will get a bag now and start collecting them so they are waiting when I have the need for another lascannon.
