I am going to an ITC event soon and will be most likely running a big deathstar.

Could people give me their opinions on the list and if there is any improvements and how it will do in ITC format (i am not very experienced with it..)

Idea is pretty simple. Azrael nearly always picks the extra movement on runs/charges. Big deathstar with 4++/5+ fnp, adamantium will, fearless, skilled rider,hit and run, scout extra movement on runs/charges etc. Ironpriests give me the combat power to split up if need be or stay as a smashy squad. Librarian Conclave gives me invis/shroud and/or powers like hammerhand/sanctuary, or to summon daemons easily to help with maelstrom and objective missions. Scouts hold objectives at the back. Should have the ability to spread out enough to deal with MSU and multi charge lots of units. Most other deathstars aren't too worrying since I have quite a few ablative wounds and can hopefully get invisibility to help.

I know I have very little anti air which sucks.

The other deathstars barring the mirror match are generally psychic based so don't count on getting invisibility very often in those maychups.
Like you said flyers will suck... Especially flying circus and flyrant spam, arguably two of the best lists currently

Actually 2 heldrakes would be rough as well.

Is the conclave really that good in this list?

The conclave is pretty amazing, being able to put invisibility and other buffs on the unit is handy.

Also being able to summon daemons to give me some free backup is so so useful.

Heldrakes arent too bad, the unit does have a 4+ invun and 5+ fnp and can spread out quite well so the damage they do is quite minimal. I just have to make sure I can go 2nd if possible!

Yeah flyers are tough, all I can do is hope I get lucky with some plasma/shrieks and wait for them to land. Hopefully can mitigate what they can do to me and control the maelstrom.

Seems solid to me, since the star is so large, azreal and tiggy can keep up. Due to azreal there's no need for wolf lords and their storm shields, since the entire unit get 4++.

Have you considered a chaplain on bike instead of either the dark angel librarian or the rune priest, might be really helpful for all the cyberwolves?

Yes I started with a chaplain, I've just found that 2 extra dice and the force weapon is more useful than auto zealot since prescience is so easy to cast .
