Hi! Here with a quick question on upgrading units.
Long story short: I am new and seeking advice.
Question: If I take 10 ork boyz it costs 60 points. If I wish to upgrade a boy to a nob does that first count the 10th boy in for his 6 points then add on the upgrade for 10 points to Nob status thus making the nob worth 16 points or when going for the 10 both can I then add the nob over the boy to take the squad from 9 to 10 members with one being a nob thus saving 6 points?
Another way to word it is when you upgrade a member of a squad to a higher status (In this case a nob) does the upgrade refund the base price for the unit?
For a Nob, you upgrade an existing model, you don't add one. That means you must have paid the points cost for the model before upgrading him.
