You can both pretty much get what you want with a grotesquerie formation. I don't think it givse master-crafted as an option, but it does make the grots slightly better one way or another. You can even use Urien in the formation.

Like Wyldhunt said.. go coven PFP. They will get zealot with a shot at uber grots if grotesquerie.
