Hey Emperor's_Wrath,
Forge World doesn't stock Battlefortresses due to the Kustom Battlefortress rules. You could convert one from a Baneblade if you wanted. And as for the Lifta-Droppa, the only part like that Forgeworld stocks is the arm for the Stompa, but that shouldn't be too hard to convert either.

Also, you can just get a lifta-wagon if you haven't already bought the battlewagon kit.
