What happens when you gather all of the Culexus in a single place.
Are their psyker null-fields individualistic in nature? Or do they fuse into a larger force?
With enough Culexus, could you theoretically close the Eye of Terror by separating the Warp from reality?

There aren't enough Culexus in the galaxy to close a rift that size. The Eye of Terror is huge, measured in Astronomical Units, or even light-years, across.

What about the birth of a new warp rift?
Like lets say apoun the death of the emperor, the Culexus are there to nullify warp effects.
Or would that be more of a Grey Knights Purifier thing?

Theoretically, they could help mitigate the damage. But the numbers make the concept impossible
Essentially, that's what the Pylons of Cadia did; create a 'stable zone' which pushes back the turbulence of the Eye.
Equally, the reason that the Culexus Temple - alone of the assassin temples - is not based on terra is concerns that they may interfere with the Astra Telepathica, or - worse - the Astronomican.
Closing the Eye (or the maelstrom, screaming vortex or another putative future 'mini-eye' centred on Terra) itself is a scale above. You'd need impossible numbers of ridiculously high-level pariahs to have even the slightest effect.
Note that pariahs are still relevent to the eye because they can still survive (ish) in that environment - pariah crewed ships can be used by the Inquisition to do 'deep dive' recon missions into the eye, because unlike the majority of the crew on such a mission they don't need to be preemptively executed on return...

I think the psychic backlash of the Emperor dying would be like trying to take on a Hurricane with buckets.
Yeah, you might've brought some pretty big buckets - but. It's a Hurricane.

In the Eisenhorn books, Eisenhorn had created the largest concentration of Blanks (Lesser then Pariahs) in the known Imperium, to his knowledge. He called it his Distaff, and he put it into action against Quintox, a rogue Inquisitor who has been stealing Alpha level Psykers from across the Galaxy to use in a ritual to magnify a copy of the Cadian Pylons which he thinks, when used in higher numbers, could close the Eye of Terror.
During the invasion of Quintox's planet, he of course used many Alpha level Psykers in the defense, which would of been devastating, but the entire Distaff had followed the assault in, separated into 2-3 per infantry squad, the they created an aura of blankness that utterly neutered the Psykers. So yeah, the Null-Fields do converge into a bigger one and it can be used as a powerful weapon against Psykers, but the Distaff was the highest number of Blanks ever used on a single battle action to date, and that took Eisenhorn a good half of his life, to get the amount of Blanks needed to close the Eye would be utterly impossible. A smaller, more localized Warp Rift however...

Blanks are ultra rare and gathering that many is almost certianly not going to happen
Plus they are sought after by the Inquisition and others for their onw purposes.
Before and during the Heresy the Imperium had the Sisters of Silence - a reaosnably sized military force of blanks but since that period nothing has been heard of them..................sadly

It bears noting that this organization, even in the Daniverse, no longer exists.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but do they not wear a helmet of sorts that extends the nullifying effects they project?
Perhaps multiple, planet sized devices could. However, that would require immense amounts of resources and may not return the desired effect.

The Culexus have a helmet that can project their blankness as a weapon, sort of a mind-bullet, but that application doesn't really translate itself well into some sort of planetary shield.
There is also the extremely anti-social effects proximity to a Blank invokes to consider when trying to make it a planet-wide effect... that may make the cure worse than the disease.

Thank you everybody for your insight.
Final questions.
If the Culexus separates a Demon or Demon Prince from the warp, will it permanently be dead?
Without the connection to the warp, the demon cannot return to its owner.
Could you kill a Demon Primarch this way?

No, because there's nothing anywhere that says it works that way. The Gods of Chaos aren't bound by things like causality.
