Hi folks,

I backed a kickstarter for custom decals from fallout hobbies -> https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1388656630/fallout-hobbies-custom-decal-shop/description

It looks amazing, but I have a problem now in that I have two custom decals available to me, and the design ability of a blind, drunk slug

I have a few ideas, which fallout will do, but they don't want to really spend a lot of time on it (which is fair enough given the load of the KS)

So, basically, I am hoping for some vector art (they use illustrator) - the size of the sheet is 5.5x8.5

One of the sheets will be decals, mainly made up of names that I am going to try and put on the bases directly (so, with a slight curve to them), as well as some additional graffiti or urban kind of things, and military warning labels - I can probably find most of what I want, but compiling it is beyond me.

The other sheet will be a vinyl airbrush stencil, which I am hoping for mainly streetscape things - road line markings, handicap spots, graffiti outlines, tank tracks/tyre marks - that kind of thing.

Is anyone able to do this? I will pay you in cash, plasticrack, haiku

TIA

Yo. [Raises hand] Vector illustrator here (yes really).

When's the deadline?

No real deadline apparently, but I'm pretty sure he'd want it done in about a month or so just to get it off his books of stuff waiting to be done.

Apparently he can also just take hand drawn stuff, or fix stuff up or whatever as well, so hopefully it shouldn't take you too long.

I'm pretty easy with what I want to be on it, as I'm going to forget stuff and have to do it with manual templates and brushes anyway, I am just after stuff that works for grimdarky streetscapes on my tablescapes board that isn't caution stripes or checkers, as those are premade stencils I've got already from him. Recruitment posters for PDF/IG (which I have images for), graffiti script, larger versions of the same graffiti script for background/contrast, and street effects like lines and whatever else is painted on streets

For decals, I figured names for tank scrolls, and/or space hulk marines, and/or LOTR/Hobbit minis, or just general marines - I can generate a lot of this myself, so a blank vector template with a few options that I can modify (having illustrator myself) would probably be fine - then I can just copy pasta it.

Just do me a coherent list and dimensions of each, pics and such, I'll do you a bunch of things. Quite honestly it sounds like something I can whip out whilst waiting for paints to dry, so I don't mind having a crack.

Heh. Kicking myself that I forgot to pledge for it. But a lot of my vehicles are white, which negated one of their biggest selling points (being able to under-print for dark backgrounds).

You're awesome. I'll work out a list now and PM it over.

Thanks!
