They look a lot better when painted. I'm not too fond of the centre Ork, since it looks like he is stuck inside some metal container (that actually might be an accurate discription of mega armor).

All da best orkz iz bashed orks, so I like them! Don't let some GW hummie tell you what you're supposed to have or 'ow many teef ya gotta spend. I think a little more brownish wash on the yellow would look good though, maybe some more mustard yellow.
