I'm a little sketchy on how the wargear works for things in marine related codexs, so I've run into a question.

As the squad wargear states that the squad has Power Armour, Boltgun, BP, Frag/Krak nades and as per the Errata, a CCW on the champion only. Does this mean then, that ALL of the marines get a bolt pistol AND the champion gets a proper boltgun?

If thats what it says, then sure. I believe the original problem was there was no way to give the champion a ccw, which the errata fixed. Most csm characters have a pistol, ccw and bolter(although frustratingly not the lord)

The listed wargear is for every Model on the Datasheet, unless it says otherwise which is usually in parenthesis.
