The Imperial Bunker has the Wide Fire Points rule which states "Up to four occupying models can fire out of each of this building’s fire points."

But on its model it appears to have two fire points. So does this mean that a total of eight occupying models can fire out of the building?

Yes, that is correct.

That is what the math would leave you to conclude, but math can be a tricksy sort.
