There's also Victoria Miniatures who does Guard parts, as well as Mad Robot Miniatures. Kromlech has a variety of stuff, though their Ork bits are quite excellent.

Here's a small list of stuff I've been keeping an eye out for
1. norse parts
- embossed celtic/norse parts: whether it be of battles or knots.
- sheilds/boats/ 40k sized helmets.
2. Mechanical parts
- Mechanical animals/animal parts
3. Clawed arms/hands.
- Ghoul/werewolf/zombie/vampire/monster like clawed hands. (I can sculpt around them)
4. Alternative Fenrisian wolves, not a fan of em.
5. decent to high quality preferred.

Scibor has amazingly high quality, and I think several things you're looking for.

+1 for Victoria Miniatures. I've been buying up the "Melta" and "Plasma" guns for awhile now. Great quality and great price to boot.
My problem with some of the other bits sites though is you end up paying a pretty penny still. Looking at Puppets War and Max Mini the models are pretty pricey. Coupled with shipping and conversion rates the savings are not too crazy. Still awesome alternatives though.
My personal favorite in terms of sculpts is Spell Crow. Very iconic designs for marines and orks.

I've bought some stuff from them in the past... The only thing I've bought that I havent used (yet) was one of their basing kits. But everything else I've gotten was pretty damn good.

Kromlech makes some good stuff. I bought some of their grav guns, and they look reasonably close to the GW ones.

I'm going to piggyback off of this thread. Does anyone know where I could get crow bits?

Like, little model birds, or shoulder pads with bird engravings??
@ OP:
Scibor is very good (though expensive) for Celtic and Norse-themed pieces, particularly shields and armour plates with engravings on. Zinge Industries is very good for mechanical servo-arms and similar stuff, and Anvil Industries are brilliant for bionic parts.
