I havent had too many games under my belt, I really like the Kommandos, I think they are a great target for fury, or iron flesh. And 2 Juggs at 15 points with full throttle seem pretty devestating.
Thoughts?

Two juggs is a good idea. But I'd drop the Kommandos, Butcher doesn't do anything for them, because their main issue is hitting things. Plus, you're not likely to run into their ideal targets at 15pts.
You could bring Yuri and another manhunter, for hilarious feat turns.

I struggled with the Kommandos or what else, I thought about the Great bears but am always so afraid of them killing themselves, especially on the feat turn, or if they have fury.

With backswing you mean? Just make sure they are a few inches apart and correctly spaced out.
You can measure your melee range at anytime, so use that to your advantage. Then you can see where the Bears will hit.

But doesent back swing make them hit themselves if there are no other targets? That was my understanding

No, a model cannot target itself with melee attacks. The risk lies in being forced to swing at another friendly model.

Indeed. Although backswing and berserk (which doomies have) are two different rules.
With backswing, you have to hit something twice, which means that if a friendly is in melee range and you have no enemies. You have to swing again.
Berserk means that they have to attack again if they kill a target. So it ends up being worse, but no hitting yourself.
