Please Help me fill out the remainder of points and any tips & tricks would be greatly appreciated. The blobs will be using the ''combined squads'' rule. What can I do to improve this list? Many thanks!

I think flamers would be of use, as it offsets the crap BS of the guard, and helps with overwatch.

right now, you are lacking anti tank.

grenades can help glance back armour of tanks, however, a land raider or anything of the sort will probably destroy you.

maybe just through melta bombs on the sergeants, and that might help, but it is not enough.

guard have access to a lot of different ranged anti-tank, melta vets, vendettas, melta-cide scions, ect.

however, I don't think that you will run into much AV14 at 1250 points, but it would be a good idea to check your meta, and make sure of it.

creed is good, but other things need to be covered in this list. Dropping him, kell, and a few other upgrades should give you enough room to fit in either a leman russ tank of any kind I would recommend either an exterminator or a eradicator, giving either light armour and 4+ saves an issue, or giving anything that uses cover a hard time respectively.

or a chimera for the CCS and some melta vets with forward sentries.

(I recommend the latter)

small things -
drop the vox on the CCS, creed overides it.
drop the priest that goes with the CCS, unnecesary
on dakka, you cant list points for upgrades for legal reasons. Overall unit costs is fine, but not individual costs.

I have very little expierience with this type of guard, and guard in general, so take everything I say with a grain of salt.

PS: dont use so many capital letters, its unnecessary

Is your plan to put 200 models on the table and then gradually take them off again? If so, then okay.


Anyway drop priest and vox then you can take a 5th infantry squad in each platoon. I'm guessig its commies with guardsmen and priests with conscripts?

Drop all the grenade launchers and take meltaguns in the guardsmen blobs. You've FRFSRF, those GLs will truely be a drop in the pond. As an alternative to adding 5th squads, could put 4 meltaguns in each squad along with meltabombs.

if I were him, I would put the commisars with the conscripts and the priests with the guard squads. Because if the commissar has to summary execute, he can only kill a 3 point model, and not like a 10 point flamer or something.

Orders are more worthwhile on the guardsmen, conscripts are just good for dying, slowly in enough numbers. So they want the fearless. Unfavourable execution chances are low.
