Okay, so I've got a D&D game going, and we use minis pretty regularly. I thought it might be a nice touch to use specific ones rather than just the closest mage knight that I usually do, and now that I've seen the tons of options out there (while proxying for 40k) I figure there must be something.. . but it's odd. Plenty of female minis (with actual armor) and even a few greatsword ones. But none with real armor and a greathammer (that i've seen.) right now I'm looking at going with a female with a 2 handed GS and using a thunder hammer with the hand shaved off... does anyone else have a better idea? I'm worried because the mini itself is a reaper miniature, (if I remember, I'm at work and I don't have it bookmarked here) it could be pewter, and I don't know how well the hammer will bond to pewter via glue and I'm worthless with green stuff.

I've looked at heroforge, and the lack of 2h poses kills it for me, plus the price. Hoping to keep it under 10$, though the fact that this one is for my wife means I can go a little above/beyond.

Well, to allay one fear, superglue will bond a metal part with a plastic part.

Not sure about other options for minis. Have you tried Darksword, Red Box Games or Mierce? They might have something.

There's the Sisters of Sigmar from Mordheim, but only two of them have a two-handed hammer. One is unarmored, but the other is definitely armored. However, she is rather...matronly? Let's just say that she looks like a fighter, and not a professional model posing with a hammer.
