I don't know. Can you repeat the question?

....Anyway. Ultimately, probably not. It is a big investment of points designed to convey a blob of guardsmen closer to the enemy, where they probably don't want to be.

Agreed with probably not. They move 6 and I don't think they can flat out.

If you want a superheavy bunker, the stormlord will probably serve you better. If you're looking for an ogryn delivery system, an inquisitorial land raider is probably a better bet.

Thanks for the input. I feel like it'd be a good way to transport a platoon's worth of guards, considering the DKoK has super limited access to decent transports, but it would also be a massive, lumbering target. And apparently they move 12 not 6?

Yes they can go 12, suped up engines and what not. Although iirc, the latest version is the can still only go combat speed but can flat out another 6. Slightly different to the old one of being able to go cruising speed and then still shoot.

Never run one, but they don't look too bad. Same cost as a land raider but can carry a blob of 30 plus hangers on. Bring back the power blobs! (which you could kinda do with dkok getting cheaper power weapons and WS4).

The praetor also looks pretty decent.

If your attack is going too well, you have walked into an ambush

The easy way is always mined

Yeah, the plan was to transport a platoon of 3 squads and a PCS. I mean, I feel like the Crassus could be outdone by several Chimeras in a standard Guard army, but since the only thing close to that the DKoK have is the Centaur, which can only transport your HQs and a minimal squad of grenadiers, I feel like the Crassus is the best option. The Gorgon is an "all your eggs in one basket" unit, which is also opened topped... no thanks.

Yeah but the Gorgon looks cooler. while the Crassus looks like a brick

If you dont short hand your list, Im not reading it.
Example: Assault Intercessors- x5 -Thunder hammer and plasma pistol on sgt.
or Assault Terminators 3xTH/SS, 2xLCs
For the love of God, GW, get rid of reroll mechanics. ALL OF THEM!

The CRASSUS ARMOURED ASSAULT TRANSPORT is the best thing in the game.*

I actually like the model, as ugly as it looks.

However, on paper, it's not very good. There are too many other IG goodies out there.
