NATFKA points towards Daemon codex
Both state new Daemon Engine coming

There was a really, really awesome rumour a while back (last edition?) that we were getting a customisable daemon engine entry that would allow us to represent all kinds of crazy combinations and designs of Daemon Engine.

Thank-you for mentioning this, (and please don't take this as a dig or insults), but, keep in mind that this so-called "news" is coming from the single most unreliable source there is... I'm pretty sure I could give my cats a box of alphabets and have them crap out more reliable rumors than what BoLS spews.

Other, much more reliable sources, (like Sad Panda among others), have stated emphatically, that we're not getting any more 40k Chaos this year.

On the other hand, if BoLS's is actually right for once, I'll wear a Maple Leafs jersey for an entire week!

Serious rumours Come from athia, Lords of wargaming and not birds in the trees, whisperer of trutz or whatever.
We already saw a new Tau LÖW from forgeworld so very possible its coming out with new tau from gw

So the manager at my local GW got back from Nottingham a while ago. And couldn't help but tell me theres talk of a new chaos codex coming this year at the HQ. I've known this guy for years. I've never been brought into the back of the shop and had him tell me. Then he mentioned horus heresy stuff in October apparently. I've scanned through the internet and found nothing on either. Although he seems like he really wants me to.expect something. I'll ask him for more info tomorrow. Not too excited. But he isnt a liar. And heck, he's coming to me about this as I'm essentially tge biggest chaos fanboy at tge shop.

I'll edit this post if some new info comes up. He said something about tau later in the year but I was too busy squabbling mindlessly about what could be changed. OH and apparently we are going to.be seeing a new deamon engine.. Joy.

He told me to keep £35 handy around the end of this month to the start of September. So it's just a matter of time I.suppose.

I know nothing of any rumours about CSM but I do know that their codex has been "no longer available" on GW's website for over a week. I now can't even see it listed on there at all. I would assume it's either being re-printed or maybe a new one is in the offing at some point.

Meh... We've been down this long road so many times this year, I'm having trouble finding the pile of dust that poor horse has been beaten into...

Besides, while not ideal, at least I didn't bet on wearing a freaking Nordiques jersey! I'm not that crazy a heretic after all.
