Here is my first attempt in painting 28mm Space Marine:

Nice painting! Your colour choice and weathering are all very good, and the basing frames it nicely!

The only advice I can offer is to thin your paints just a little more. There are some places where you can see faint brushstrokes, this is easily avoided just by adding a drop or two of water to your paint.
