Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can find conversion bits to make Cadians and Ogryn look like Steel Legion? Good heads are my main goal, but anything helps.

The Kromlech orc heads in gas masks might be your best bet for larger gas mask heads.

Also if you are looking for Steel Legion, I have a whole bunch I could be convinced to part with.

I checked them out, those would be great for DKoK Ogryn conversions, actually.

you're in luck, madrobot just came out with steel legion like troops, they fit really well with cadian size models, not FW elysian or dkok.

EDIT: the new plastic ogryns comes with 3 masked heads, they fit well with steel legion.
