The hammer is going to be good for getting objectives on your side of the table but you have no fast troops to get objectives on his side?

Maybe run the hammer with a ravenwing strike force instead of a cad and take some ravenwing bike squads (or black knights but don't think you have the points)

remove the pts acronym if im not mistaken thats against forum rules

second thing here is remove their default wargear, we dont need to know that a chaplain is carrying a bloody bolt pistol we sort of figured that when you failed to note wargear changes. same with power armor

anyway this list doesnt really use the formation to its fullest potential. here is what id change:

drop the tacticals for scouts, find 10 points off the other scouts, i dont care how and go pistols n swords on the scouts, if you can find them the 25 points you may want to consider getting their sargeant a power fist. you may want to consider taking the librarian over the chaplain ill explain why down the page, drop the servitors entirely their worthless.

then pair the melee scouts with the techmarine

consider dropping the lascannon sponsons as well or at least demoting them to hb sponsons its 1000 points you wont be facing that many tanks, heck an imperial guard steelhost doesnt really become viable until 1250p even two lascannons that are TL is more than adequate, and besides you have an MM, mountains of autocannon, and a tl assault cannon chances are you dont need much better

the idea then is as follows, the librarians chump squad stand behind a chest high wall and cower for their lives throwing stray shots over the wall as opprtunity presents itself, if taking objectives is on the table i guess they can do that too.

your next job is to then use the hammer team to go hammer time on targets, use the tanks to maul anything standing in front of them and then use your techmarine, scouts band of thugs to roll on up and bonk them in the head as the opportunity presents itself

admech army: 600pts

I didn't mention this in the original post, and that's my fault. I'm looking for a really quick army to play with the army I'm putting together. I'd love to run three Imperial Knights in a Lance formation (though I could buy my entire army and more just on the cost of those three knights). It'd be tough to transport in my backpack (really only have room for a Skirmish Case), but that'd be a fun army to play. That said, I could probably figure out a way to do it.

But, the goal is to set up my army, play a game, and pack it up within about an hour (maybe run over a little). Psykers add a good bit of time to the play of the game, so I am doing my best not to use one.
