I'll take a swing at this. I've been playing for about six months, so I'm no expert but I've probably got about 50 games or so under my belt with the Cygnar all in one box, so I can probably help a little.
Your army should match up pretty well against the Cygnar all in one assuming you watch out for a few things. The Cygnar list doesn't do great against heavy armor except on Siege's feat turn. They do have a ton of low POW shots from the Gun mages and the Stormguard with electroleap, so your infantry may be in some trouble.
The other thing to look out for is Siege's assassination run. He will move up to within 14", pop feat, then shoot your caster with a POW 14 shot and his feat will take away half your armor. If you block line of site with a jack or your other models, he can just foxhole them and then they don't block line of sight. So in other words, you have to be pretty careful of Siege. Otherwise, your Jacks are better than his with the choir, you just need to engage as you don't have the guns he does.
Try to keep your repenter to one side or the other. Often times newer players will line up their infantry in a strait battle line. This will allow you to move to the side and spray right down his battle line. Its a pretty effective trick that will work a few times before he catches on. I know it got me!
I don't play Menoth, so I don't know what to tell you to buy next, but I'm sure others can help with that.
