Simple creative use of extra bits, and I like it!

One thing I would do is add some sort of support beam under the corner where the ramp and the main body meet. Right now it doesn't look very well supported.

Are those GW movement trays for the flooring? That's a sweet idea!

I agree, I think you should put some beams or maybe a triangular piece to fill in the gap of the ramp.

The ramp is strong enough, even if you put metal figs on it - tested But you have right - it would look better, I need to think about this. The idea was for the ramp to be fold-able for easier storage.

I agree that it looks similar, but flooring is made from the same HIPS plate than the rest I simply scratched this pattern with the help of metal ruler and file. After painting and washing it looks quite convincing.
