Is it stated anywhere that Khorne Daemonkin can take FW vehicles like Spartans and Fellblades ect?

No, not yet

I have found some TOs doing the "it gains the BftBG" rule if taken in a KDK army, as per the CHaos Knight and Khytan, and must take Daemon / Mark of Khorne if available, as a compromise until then.

Personally I do not think pure gunboats like the fireraptor should be included, as that doesnt seem to fit the overall "feel" of the codex.
