Been Around the Block

Hi to all
After some years working with 1/72 scale, I decided to make my own company 32mm scale. My newest projects are WW2 Germans, and modern police, gangs....
I attach you here some pics of them. The renders are not final versions, but practically last versions.
The miniatures will be mainly multipart, so you can change heads and hands, and will be hands without weapons, so you can build some ''civil'' for other games.
We are preparing an easy play manual to represent your favorite Hollywood films
Best regards to all
Ivan Velilla

They look nice, but I have to ask...why 30mm scale? Pretty much no one else uses that, so your models wont fit in with other collections. I'd recommend 32/25mm.

Aren't GW models somewhere in the 28-32mm range?

Who really knows what 30mm means without any additional qualification.
Is it 30mm bottom of foot to top of head (not counting shoes and hats)? Is it 30mm bottom of foot to eyes, shoes included? Etc.
On top of that, depending on the proportions, the models might seem smaller than models of a similar height.
I'm guessing that 30mm is a rough shorthand for what-most-table-top-miniatures-companies-are-doing-these days.

Hi to all,
I modified the 30mm to 32 in initial post, it was 30mm from feet to eyes (used more in 1/72 scale) to refer how tall is a miniature.
there is a big problem no one can really know what is 30-32mm, because sometimes a 30mm is a really 28mm and some 32 are more a 35mm.
I will put my german officer with some miniatures form other companies so you will be able to decide.
Miniatures will be always ''lead''. I will use resin for big miniatures, but still are in design, I'm designing some motorcycles, but I think they will be also in ''lead''.

First of all will be more polices and swat team, later yakuza. But the world is plenty of ''bad guys'' so I will have loooot of work to represent them.

jajaj good joke
Some of my miniatures will be inspired, but is not my intention to copy those films even they are very good.
I have seen that market is plenty of scfy games, or orc, elves... I decided to make good miniatures to represent real actual gangs etc... (sorry 1980 is too old for me ejejje)
maybe in the future I make some more fantastic things but that is a ''far far away'' idea.
about warrior film, I see that a company is making something very similar, if I find the link I will attach you here

I'm interested for sure.
Especially if heads are available to purchase separately.

The idea is not to make them separately.
Hands and heads will come in the same blister with the body, the idea is to put 3 miniatures in every blister, allowing to make lot of different miniatures.
I made separate heads with 1/72 in a separate blister, and all I won... was loose money jjajajajj , finally was a big error.
I'm a small company and shops and distributors prefer to have small reference quantity.

If the police and Yakuza scale with what I have I would be very interested. Would very much like to see size comparsions.

Very interested in the modern stuff. If it's actually 32mm scale, then these could be a nice way to add some variety to Batman Miniatures Game. Having alternative cops/gang members for the duplicate-able Henchmen would be awesome!

Yes that can be a good idea.
I will make these weeks the translation to English of my own game, but I would like that people use my figures with other companies. It can be very funny find my polices fighting alongside with Batman jejeje

Is that a 'Not-Red Skull' on the German officers sprue? Because that would be awesome!
Are the hexagonal bases final, or are you open to using rounds instead? I think that would be a lot more popular.

Hi,
The idea is continue with lots of gangs, mainly will be the USA street gangs, Russian and Yakuza, polices and swats. Later... who knows will my mind would prepare. jejejej
At Salute 2015 paint competition, you will find a collector that made a customization with the skull I sell as base decoration. As I indicate in ''shop'' in my webpage, you will see that the severed head is included in the miniature.
I'm making negotiations with troll trader to sell in UK, so you can ask them for one.

Cocking it so the ammo is slid into the firing chamber.

Not bad! I think 30mm is a great scale. It's just tall enough to be used with 32mm and short enough that it won't be too noticeable with 28mm.
