Is it legal to bring 2 heavy weapon servitors with multimeltas and 1 psyker for a total of 30p in a warband?

Seems ridiculously cheap?

Yes but the servitors will be subject to mindlock if no inquisitor.

Yes, this is the same reason you can take the even cheaper pair of pistol/chainsword acolytes with a psyker. Spam three of this unit for each Inquisitor and you can very quickly fill up buckets of warp charges for 18pts each.

No, its not that cheap. a heavy weapon servitor implies you have a heavy weapon. Those weapons have additional costs. You can have that warband with servo arm servitors for 30 points though.

I thought one or more of the heavy weapons was free. I could be wrong though.

The "additional cost" is 0 points to replace a servo arm with a heavy bolter or multi melta, although it does indeed cost points to get a plasma cannon.
Note that the costs are different for the other factions that get access to servitors.
