I dont have Skitarii which synergy with IK well. I saw Zergsmasher play his badazz list of 2 Blood Thirster and 3 Gallants.

Maybe I try the expensive Chaos Knights with CSM. So far I only have access to Chaos Paladins and Errants because GW hasnt published the other Chaos Knight counterparts. I am confused. Can I use the formations; Adamantine Lance, Baronial court, Exalted Court, with using Chaos Paladins and Errants? Or am I limited to just 1 LoW?

Edit: Somehow my phone cut off half my text:
You can't use the formations from the IK codex with Chaos Knights since they are Forgeworld and don't fit in the codex. You can run 1 per CAD though. So you could do this with the Daemons codex :

CAD1:
Bloodthirster
2x Nurglings
Chaos Knight

CAD2:
Bloodthirster
2x Nurglings
Chaos Knight

You could also do this using the Khorne Daemonkin codex which might give you more options. The troops would be cultists instead which are slightly more expensive than nurgkings.

Alternatively just go Unbound and take a bunch of Chaos Knights and Bloodthirsters.

Simply spamming big powerful models has been demonstrated time and time again to be a sub par method of list building.

Bloodthirsters (especially the garden variety ones) are not at all scary to most lists. The D Thirster is really the only variant worth taking and even then you practically MUST have Be'Lakor to make sure it gets into combat.

That list also forgoes the single biggest strength of Chaos Knights which is that you can upgrade them to be DAEMONS (khorne is the best choice by far) and thus buff them in all the ways you would usually buff a some flavor of Daemon deathstar. The biggest two are usually going to be the Grimoire and Cursed Earth, so that you've got a super heavy walker running around with a 2++ and it's middle finger in the air. I think with the Chaos Knights, you're best off taking just 1 and bringing in strong support for it (probably from Chaos Daemons).
