My google-fu has failed me, so I'm here to ask for help. Does anyone know where I could find some 28mm human female heads and legs? I've found a couple that look okay, but they're almost universally wearing helmets, and I'd prefer to avoid that.

Statuesque Miniatures and Victoria Miniatures are probably your best bet.

Yeah, I found these: http://www.statuesqueminiatures.co.uk/p/8774376/sma012-heroic-scale-female-heads.html

Do you know what the quality is like, and if they look appropriately sized compared to the standard Warhammer heads? I'm also concerned about them being made of metal, I don't want to put them on plastic models and have the weight be too much or the paint not go on well. Does anyone have any experience with stuff like that?

They have a scale comparison link at the bottom of the page you linked.

Metal heads won't be a problem for you. They are small so the weight won't matter and they will prime and take paint as well as plastic.

Oh, I misread that. I thought it was a comparison to the other models they had.

Thanks for the help.
