OK here it goes. I'm scratch building a blood refinery terrain set for my khorne deamon army. Basically an oil refinery but with blood running through the pipes instead. Is it too gory and impossible in a 40k environment or it will be cool? I've been trying to think about buildings that demons use but I can't come up with good ideas since everything is made in the warp and such. Khorne being obsessed with blood I think that a blood factory of some kinds will work. What you people think?

I could definitely see somewhere in the Eye of Terror there being some need for piping of blood.

Why not a big arena with blood collection that pipes it to a Archeotec device that summons corn demons.

Doesn't the Khorne-bine have four blood tanks on it's chasis?

You could make the piece large enough so that pipes empty into irrigation ditch/summoning circle type piece

Furthermore, I could definitely see some whacked-out cultists with an architectural bent and some serious determination putting together a refinery and then filling it with actual blood from sacrifices. (They could periodically add in extra anti-clotting agents, as well as blood from an occasional new sacrifice, in order to have a nonstop fountain of blood to their perverse deity.)

Agreed, this would be a very good thing to build.

This will for the time being be just static terrain without special rules. But if agreed with opponents it would be nice to give fearless to cultists that are controlling a terrain piece without enemies within 6"
