I want to dry out PVA glue on a plastic monster base for reasons by heating the oven a bit, then turning it off and sticking it in when its just warm. Would this cause any fumes or issues or is that safe?

Probably safer and more controllable to use a hair dryer.

^^ What they said.

Whilst I have no doubt that you could get the temp low enough to dry the glue thoroughly, I don't think you would get it low enough to not warp the plastic.

Use a hairdryer instead.

You don't want to dry your pva too quickly, especially on a large base.
It will shrink and create a sheet on top of the base that will curl up rather than sticking to the base evenly.
Best just to wait.

You don't have a food dehydrator specifically for such an occasion?
