I might want to bring a wacky armylist (1850)for a 40k tournament:

*inquisition*
Inquisitor + 3x servoskulls

*the heroes path* (harlequin formation)
Shadowseer with mask +haywire grenades
Deathjester +haywire grenades
Solitaire +haywire grenades

Assassinorum detachment: Vindicare assassin
Assassinorum detachment: Vindicare assassin
Assassinorum detachment: Vindicare assassin
Assassinorum detachment: Vindicare assassin

Assassinorum detachment: Callidus assassin
Assassinorum detachment: Callidus assassin
Assassinorum detachment: Callidus assassin

Assassinorum detachment: Eversor assassin
Assassinorum detachment: Eversor assassin

Assassinorum detachment: Calexus assassin

Questions:
- I like this assassin setup but maybe I should drop the vindicares and get more callidus and/or eversor.
- maybe i should add a cheap normal CAD so I could go for the strategic warlord trait and try to get the +1 seize.
- other units/models that could complement this kind of armylist?

What do you think?

I would worry about anything that you leave in the open as well as the enemy's maneuverability or deployment tactics. Your own maneuverability is low and anything left to it's own will be shot to hell.

I got servoskulls to help with that..

So no vindicare?...maybe drop them for 2x callidus + 2x eversor?

that could mean a total of 5x callidus in their face with templates and 4 eversor with harlequins following up..

Vindicares are great if you go up against a Knight or two... if they fail that Invuln save, your S10 shot at AP2 cam do some damage. In fact, it's your only line of defense isn't it against something like that?

Why do people buy haywire for the solitaire, math it out.
You have 6 attacks, therefore at least 1 should be a 6 which is the same effect. Additionally blitzing and charging give you an even better chance.

You can trow the grenade before you charge and get another HP (imperial knight)..also possible to use the grenade in close combat so that you don't (over)kill a unit on your own turn and switch to full attack mode in the next (enemy) turn.

A fascinating list idea. Unfortunately I have no idea how to contribute, but I'm curious what the results are of any practice games.
