EDIT: Looked over the advice and made some edits to the below list. Essentially I dropped the extra bikers and added in another unit of hounds and tossed the remaining points for a single spawn. Thought about dropping the maulerfiends, but I have had some good success with them escorting the D-thirsters across the board and assisting in combat with wraithknights (which will be present.) The grinders are too slow for the play-style of this list, but when I can field a Chaos Knight I will most likely be including them for some much needed turn 1 shooting.

Looks sound, though I'd cut the bikers down to 3 a piece and remove the banners. Use the points to get more flesh hounds or another maulerfiend (not sure you'd have the points for that though). Decent list even without any changes though.
Not a fan of lasher tendrils myself... But not a bad list... I would drop lasher tendrils, extra bikers(and banners) to try to throw either a soul grinder or more hounds in.
everything looks good tho, can't fault it.
