currently im building a ghost army for kow (counting as skeletons) using various gw miniatures (skaven, dwarves, elves and empire) over a period of time I want to buy everyone of the mega packs available at the mantics online store but are their bases all the same or are some of those miniatures on 25mm bases

If you are using them for zombies simply put them on the zombie base. Remember it's the unit size that matters not the individual size. I would not even bother with individual bases to be honest.

Sounds like a cool idea though.

As far as I can tell, out of the armies up on the store at the moment only the Orcs are on 25mm bases. They are fairly bulky models so it might be hard to use them with 20mm.

Note that you get some Orc slaves in the Abyssal dwarf set, so if you are planning on using Abyssal dwarfs you might want to grab that set and experiment, before getting a whole Orc set.

Only the orcs are on 25mm bases now. The Salamaders in the future wil lhave them as well. For the rest, they're on 20mm.

Also, as have been pointed out before you don't need to put the on individual bases. As long as the unit footprint is correct, you can use them in game. Hope that helps!
