So, I have FINALY after many months of thinking and looking decided on my faction, And I picked Yu Jing. But I dont want much from the JSA, I want to play Vanilla Yu Jing so first purchase should be a vanilla starter box. But what else would people recomend? I have written together a list of models I like the most (If there is a (+) I like the model extra much and if there is a (-) I like it, But not as much as others on the list)

With the Vanilla starter and a blister or two of your pluses you should be in good shape for a starting army.

I love Guilang, they live up to their name since they're a camo infilitrator that hunts other camo infilitrators. I take two of them every time I get a chance.

I wouldn't pick up a 2nd Shang Ji, probably don't need more than one. YJ has many HI options and they're mostly specialized to a certain role. Shang Ji are the "premium" version of the standard HI, followed by Wu Ming and Zuyong Invincibles (the budget HI).
