Seems pretty solid as a starting place. The only thing I would recommend is swapping the flamers for meltas on the bikes. As it stands you should mow down infantry from combat, but vehicles will be an issue.

If you have the CSM codex you could run an allied detachment from that instead of a KDK CAD so you would only need 1 unit of cultists. You can then get a Juggerlord with the Axe of Blind Fury if there are enough points.
