My apology I didn't complete the report versus Necrons. I won that game then had another versus eldar which I won as well. From now on I'll only write reports for games I feel are very exciting. I've had several games versus Tau which went well... Looking forward to seeing their new codex and hoping it doesn't invalidate RW. My gut feeling is it won't.
Agreed... would love to just have a summary if the match was not exciting enough to warrant the whole game write up! Just to see how you deal with other armies and what kind of builds you see!
I play Eldar and would love to hear the list and how it went!
Thanks for all the great write ups.
I have my Tau army sitting here waiting to see what happens. Hoping the codex cry babies do not go overboard on tau.... Eldar which seems so over powered has not really won anything of note. JMO ...
Never argue with an idiot you just lower yourself to their level.
Versus the Necron army the Ravenwing Support Squadron was really brutal. The Necron player could never really get in range of it... the interception of the Deathmarks took a toll on them early in the game which gave me an edge and from there the Necrons were always playing in their back foot. I would pick one enemy unit a turn and fire everything into it... plus Sammael and his command did very well in assault. I would like to play a game versus Canoptek Harvest and see how I do.
So far I have beat three Tau armies (3-0) and they all were packing lots of markerlights .
My opponent asked if it was okay if summons daemons... I asked him did he feel like he really needed it be competitive our game - he said yes so I was like okay whatever.
This game I had to go second but ended up seizing the initiative which combined with the scout move my entire army smoked Draigo and his friends the first turn. It was really fast.
