Where is the best place to get a hold of terrain for Infinity? I already had a 4x4 table that I'd made for Warmachine, but I don't have much terrain (and even less that would be suitable for Infinity). Where do you guys go to flesh out your battlegrounds?

You can get some ideas from this older thread, all which is still relevant:
Where do you guys buy your infinity terrain (for those that do)
You can also check out the Community Terrain Catalogue.

Do you use Kickstarter? There are two campaigns running at the moment that might suit your need - and both aim to ship this year.
Or you can go GW old school and make your own from house items.
Here's an example of a WIP can being converted to terrain:
From the little I've played from Infinity the requirements appear to be:
- Plenty of los blocking terrain
- Different heights
- ladders
- 1/3rd covering barriers on roof edges, etc
- Plenty of scatter for variation and flavour
EDIT: Two current Kickstarters as examples -

Infinity has a brand "Designed for Infinity" which you should scout for on your local friendly game store's homepage.
I can also recommend looking at Kickstarter, laser cutters are in the territory of being affordable but still a hassle, this means business opportunity for entrepreneurs and generally puts risks down to "will this bloke actually send me the stuff?"
I see from your flag you are from USA, so I can't really give you detailed info. It also seems a lot of appropriate terrain for Infinity is designed and cut in eastern Europe which means imports for you can... suck... from those places.
But yeah, I really like Warsenal's urban scatter terrain, especially the planters.

Yeah, international shipping generally blows. But, if it's good quality it's worth the effort.

Some good US based options:

More than that I'm sure these are just ones I can recommend personally.

I'll throw in a recommendation for Plastcraft. it's my current go-to for terrain.
Made of foamed PVC rather than MDF, you can work with it very easily using standard hobby stuff (a hobby knife for cleanup and superglue for construction), it takes spray just fine (doesn't absorb it like MDF can, doesn't melt like foam like some expect it to) and because of the more flexible nature of the material, you get very easy curves in the design, giving you some more interesting building shapes than the boxes you tend to get with MDF.
The downside is it's lighter and not as tough as MDF, so if you're playing on a rather smooth surface you might find it moves around more than other terrain, and it's easy for a part to bend by accedent. Most of this can be mitigated by basing the buildings, but it's not necessary.
Also, for the lazy, they sell pre-coloured buildings. Just build and go.

I wasn't crazy about the Impudent Mortal one, but the Mini Duels one really caught my eye. Thanks for the link.

Those kickstarters look quite nice. How would one go about painting them, however? I do not have an airbrush.

You can paint MDF with a brush, no problem. You can use spraypaint to undercoat them, but the material soaks it up; you'll want to use some sort of wood primer first.
Looking at those Kickstarters, they look a little bland; I'd consider using textured paint (brush-on or spray) to give you an interesting texture to start with.

Ive used square giftboxes from my local craft store. Glued the lids upside down to the bases. Instant building with lipped roof!
Havent got any pics of mine but they are similar to this. http://descent-of-angels.blogspot.com.au/2013/05/infinity-terrain-cheap-and-easy.html
Its definitely a cheap way to fill a table with 15-20 boxes. Also you can stack them to build higher buildings easily too!
