as a daemons player I am learning how awesome cursed earth is on malefic. considering every daemon psyker has access to it, I always try to roll for it.

I'd probably take an exalted reward somewhere too.

Had an Exalted on the GUO originally, decided to switch to 2x Greater, try for FnP and giggle at my opponent as he tries to run from a ton o' fun. =D.
As for Malefic, I do like it, but this is just for a fun list, if I was going a little more competitive, I would use it, and still might after a game or two, but I wanna give the Slaaneshi Herald a try with telepathy =D

I wouldn't deep strike the horrors, so you can have all those WC on the table turn 1. I also think plaguebearers will serve better to man the aegis. Or just get more horrors for it.

Can you lose the flamers for more heralds? 1-2 tzeentch Heralds on discs to run with screamers is pretty brutal.

Daemonettes and bloodletters are bs5, which i believe is his idea for the aegis. Although daemonettes are cheaper than bloodletters and the same amount survivable.

Plaguebearers do benefit from a 2+ cover behind the defence line though.

yes, I was going with the 'Letters for BS5, I sadly own exactly Zero Daemonettes at the moment. If I wanted to be a little more funny, I could drop them for 3 nurglings and spend the other 100 pts. on Skulltaker, but this way I have 15 wounds on it

nurglings might not even be seen behind an aegis line. just watch the ID attacks

I find the imagery of a bunch of nurglings manning an icarus lascannon/quad gun hilariously awesome. 3 of them is also 12 shrouded wounds, which is pretty juicy as long as templates don't ruin your day.

Demonettes are only bs4.
