Swapping this to a War Host would make room for a 3rd Hunter and they really are so much better in a Crimson Death. I probably wouldn't bother with Warlocks in so many squads. Just 1 in the same unit as the Farseer. That would probably with a bit of fiddling free up enough points for a Wraithfighter (more D for no Reanimation Protocols).
I'd also advise avoiding the Suncannon like the plague. Go Wraith Cannons or Glaive always particularly against Crons where D has such a large impact. I'd also get atleast 1 shoulder gun too so you can blast 2 D weapons at one target and then charge another.

Just taking 1 Wind Rider Host and a Viper isn't that bad for 50 points.

Unless your group is limiting itself on detachments, you can take a Crimson Death Formation without the Warhost.
I'd second the suggestion of not taking the Suncannon, it pales in comparison to the damage output of the Wraithknights two other modes.
Personally I don't despite Shuriken Cannons but they don't provide much for you against Necrons. Take the added distance and strength of Scatter Lasers to help keep your bikes alive.
I'd chop the Warlocks, with Jetbikes they aren't point efficient Warp Charges and their added defense is insignificant compared to an equal exchange of *more* Jetbikes.
If you do end up running the CD Formation, I'd recommend changing one of the Farseers to an Autarch for reserves manipulation. Or at least finding the points for a Comms Relay of some sort.

Coming to the general defense of the spread out Jetlocks :
Horrify here and another horrify there, then Mind War or Psy-Shriek.
Or casting 2 Protects for 2 sets of JBs are what you can do if your warlocks are spread out.
If they're all together, then it's harder to give out so much yum-yum psy-Buffage.

If you really want to cheese up the Eldar, you need all Scatterlasers on your bikes, drop the warlocks and split the squads into smaller units or 3-4 each. Also, Suncannon is not the best option for a WK. Cannons or Swords, or 1 of each.
If the Necron players is bringing Wraiths, have a D-sword WK, if no Wraiths make both have the D-cannons.

Just take crimson death formation, 2 mins squads of scat bikes, an autarch, maybe a WK and fill up on wave serpents with wraithguard with dscythes. As many as you can . The d stops them having resurrection.
d d d d
Also if you think dual shuriken canon fast skimmer at T6 with 2 wounds for 50 pts is a waste of points, maybe you need a new hobby

Sorry for long reply I've been trying to work with what y'all have given me anyway this is what I've come up with
Wind rider host
Farseer on jetbile
1 viper base
3x9 jetbikes with shruiken cannons (just prefer these honestly)
wraith constructs 1 dual D cannons 1 sword and board
Crimson death
3 Crimson hunters all exarch's with bright lances
Any thoughts??
Should I split into 2 wind rider hosts Automatically Appended Next Post: Plus my bikes are all built for shruiken soo I kinda have to keep it

I am a fan of Shuricannons, myself, so even though Scatter lasers are considered "optimal", I applaud you sticking with Shuricannons.
I personally run about half my bikes like this.
I like your more recent list better, but 3x 9 bike is not only excessive, but a liability.
You really need to be able to split your fire power better, and not have so many juicy targets.
If any of those units lose enough models, they could run (only LD8).
Or get stick in CC (which can happen vs certain list, one of which is a heavy Wraith Necron list).
The bikes may be fast, but there is only so much board, eventually you can get cornered.
I fully understand that you did this to get all your bikes into the Wind rider host formation, but it just isn't good.
Plus you need a Warlock unit that you don't have listed. Warlocks only have 2 good ways to field, Single cheap HQ to unlock CADs, or upgrades to Windrider units
You don't have to run the Warhost to get formations.
I recommend dropping the Vyper and adding a second HQ, this way you can field 2 CAD's to get both WraithKnights and objective secured troops.
Then simple add the Crimson Death formation.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Farseer on jetbike
Farseer on jetbike
4x 5 jetbikes with shruicannons
1x 6-7 bikes (however many you have left or have points for)
WK w/ dual D cannons
WK w/ sword and board
Crimson death
3 Crimson hunters all with bright lances (1 has to/can be an Exarch)

Split the Jbikes into units of 3-5(minimum squads have advantages, as do units of 5, units of 4 aren't as good for Ld test prevention purposes as 5. I'd take a bunch of min squads and 2 squads of 5 so you can have an escort for the farseers.
If you wanna take a ton of warlocks, take 1 in each squad, all those psychic dice are really nice actually, and having buffing power spread out is good as well.
Do you play MoW? What is the game setup like at your FLGS? If MoW you defs want lots of min squads of bikes, to grab objectives. I would also recommend some scatbikes but you have already said you don't wanna switch out weapons so that's fine. Shurikannons are good vs those 3+ saves anyways, get some nice rending shots.
I would recommend the CADs for objsec. Adjust the points for a single exarch in crimson death. You don't wanna spend those points they're better off as something else.
I agree with WG in a wave serpent. They're amazing for wiping squads of tough infantry with Reanimation protocols. They're expensive but worth it. Just be ready for your WS to die early to glances from everything.
I would spend the extra 10 points for the Shuricannon on the Vyper, although with base upgrades it's less of a threat and might actually do something other than die.

Question to all you Eldar guys, this is the poster in the Eldar/Dark Eldar thread...just had a quick question: is it legal to just bring a Wraith Host formation without any other Eldar and join it to a Dark Eldar CAD? Just want to make sure before I go out and buy anything.

Yes you may field any number of detachments in any config for a battleforged army. Why would you think you can't?

Hey there. On Battlescribe it's telling me that the Wraith Host is one formation of a Craftworld Warhost detachment, and that if I want it to be not unbound I need to run 1 or more "core" formations (guardian/windrider/etc). Is that not correct? The 7th ed stuff still confuses me.

The Wraith Host is both an auxillary choice for a War Host and a detachment on its own. Battlescribe is often wrong go by the codex.
